Vegetable Frittata Bites

A nutritious starter cut into bite-sized pieces. The dish consists of broccoli, spinach, peas, and corn cooked with a seasoned egg mixture. It is baked in the oven until it reaches a light and fluffy texture. 

Classic Stuffed Mushrooms

Eggs Benedict

Shakshuka

Stuffed Jacket Potato

Classic British Fish n’ Chips

Breaded fish fillet fried until golden brown. This finger-licking English dish is served with thick-cut fried potatoes.

Kuku Paka

Jamaican Roast Chicken

Roasted chicken marinated with a spice mixture of cayenne pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, thyme leaves, and lemon juice. It is served with garden salad and chips or steamed rice with tomato gravy.

Deep-fried pastry filled with delicious stuffing. A single bite reveals the burst of flavour from the filing combination of potatoes and green peas. The dish is made fiery with chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala.

Papdi Chaat

A vibrant street dish made up of fried flour crispies, topped with vegetables, mashed chickpeas, potatoes, and chutneys. Seasoning includes cumin, chilli, and chaat masala.

Corn Pakora

A crispy corn dish made by mixing sweet corn with, onions, cumin, and chopped curry leaves. It is served with your choice of condiment.

Papad Katori Chaat

The bowl-shaped papad is stuffed with a delicious chickpea salad. The chickpea salad is made spicy and tangy with chaat masala, jeera powder, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander leaves.

Indian Tomato Soup

A comforting staple in Indian cuisine, Indian tomato soup is made unique by the variety of spices involved in making it. Roasting the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs together deepens all the flavour.

Chicken Korma

This creamy chicken curry dish is made flavorful with sauteed onions, pureed with nuts, yoghurt, cardamom and cinnamon.  It is served with your choice of bread or rice.

Chicken Tikka masala

Earthy, creamy, and spicy tomato-based chicken dish marinated with tikka yoghurt overnight. It is chargrilled and mixed with spices such as garam masala, cumin, ground coriander, and turmeric. It is served with basmati rice and or naan bread.

Mutton Rogan Josh

Flavorful mutton curry cooked with spices such as black cardamom, fennel powder, red chilli powder, and ratan jot.  It is served with your choice of steamed rice or bread.

Palak Paneer

A curried dish that tastes like home; it is made with Indian cottage cheese, simmered in onion and spinach gravy. Ingredients include tomatoes, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts, and garam masala. It is served with your choice of bread or rice.

Lamb Vindaloo

Lamb chunks are cooked to tender with vindaloo curry paste made of red chillies, vinegar, garlic, and several spices such as red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, black peppercorns, and turmeric powder.

Bhindi Masala

A popular Indian dish of tenderly-cooked okra with a curry base made in a spiced onion and tomato sauce. It is served with your choice of rice or bread.

Murgh Makhani

Simply known as butter chicken. The chicken is marinated with yoghurt and tandoori masala powder. It is then cooked along with pureed onion, ginger, and garlic. Garam masala and chilli powder are also added to the mixture. What results is a juicy chicken and a luscious sauce.

Chicken Madras

A classic curry-based dish with bold flavours is what makes chicken madras a popular Indian dish. The chicken is cooked with curry, coconut milk, and several spices. It has a lovely red sauce from the addition of paprika and red chilli. 

Vegetable Jalfrezi

Both nutritious and flavourful, Vegetable Jalfrezi is made with a combination of carrots, bell pepper, corn, onions, tomatoes, and green beans. It is seasoned with garlic, turmeric, cumin, and coriander, among many other Indian spices.

Kachumber

A simple yet tasty combination of cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. It is dressed with lemon juice, salad, cumin, and chilli.

Bombay Potatoes

An earthy side dish made by combining delicately-cooked potatoes with a sauce mixture composed of ginger, garlic, and tomato that have been blended.

Onion Bhajis

A staple side dish in Indian cuisine, Onion Bhajis are made by frying finely chopped onions that have been mixed in a spiced batter.

Chole Masala

A popular Punjabi dish that has chickpeas as the main ingredient. The chickpeas are simmered in an onion tomato masala that has various flavorful spices.

Phodnicha Bhaat

Bread options 

Naan

A leavened flatbread made with wheat flour, all-purpose flour, egg and yoghurt. It is similar to pita bread but softer.

Chapati

Flatbread with the consistency of a tortilla.

Roti

A flatbread made from wheat flour. It is soft and pliable, best for scooping up saucy dishes.

Beverages

Masala chai

An aromatic tea with a well-rounded flavour due to its mix of various spices. It is served hot.

Nimbu Paani

An energizing drink during summer heat; ingredients include lemons, sugar, water, and Kala Mamak or black salt. It is served cold.

Jaljeera

A refreshing drink rich in flavour. It is made from a mix of lemon, water, leaves of mind and coriander, cumin seeds, dry mango powder, black salt, and grated ginger. It is served cold.

Sweet Lassi

A creamy and sweet drink; it is a blended yoghurt drink flavoured with cardamom and nuts. It is served cold.
